Gates Bird protects equipment operators against pinch points during belt installation and maintenance. Aluminium handles allow for safe drive rotation. The Gates Belt Installation and Rotation Device (BIRD) minimises danger and hand injuries during routine installation and maintenance. While a drive is shut down and locked out, the BIRD safely facilitates a rotational inspection of a drive.
